The Bagel that Heals Everything

It’s always worth a trip to Tai Wai to visit Dear Coffee & Bakery for its fantastic bagels and coffee. I regretted not bringing enough cash to buy one of these pins!!! This is the best bagel I have had this year!!! The creamy layer of peanut butter was very smoothing, and the piece of ham made a surprisingly nice filling too! Not to mention the always good cheese! It’s a really satisfying and filling bagel! Legit Flat White coffee too! Nothing beats a superb bagel sandwich with a nice cup of flat white. A perfect food therapy!

包控值得一試

Dear Coffee & Bakery 係最近好hit既cafe and 黃店，最出名既係佢地既包，而我最近成為左包控，所以決定試試佢。因為見人話佢d bagel 賣得好快，所以我同朋友就決定一開門就去食。 佢間店都細既，得4-5張台，menu 主食唔多(有toast, whole day breakfast 等等)，bakery goods 就有5-6 items 選擇。佢哋嘅bagels 係女店主親手整既，menu就好似每星期轉一次。我叫左黑芝麻麻糬抺茶貝果($40)，朋友就叫左花生醬肉鬆貝果($40)。黑芝麻麻糬抺茶貝果既餡超多，好重黑芝麻味，包本身就好煙韌同抺茶味都幾出，好食到食完想再食多個 (所以就買左個焙茶奶酥bagel返屋企做第二日早餐)。花生醬肉鬆貝果個包就比較軟，但內餡就相比之下無黑芝麻麻糬咁出色，可能因為我本身重口味同prefer 濃d既餡。不過兩個bagel 都好重手，食完都幾飽肚。我仲叫左杯matcha latte，正正常常，無咩驚喜。 個焙茶奶酥bagel我就搵張濕左既tissue cover住佢再用微波爐翻熱做早餐，雖然係第二朝先食，但個包reheat完都煙韌，焙茶味超濃郁(仲濃過個抺茶貝果)，正正！ 鐘意bagel既朋友一定要試試佢，不過記住星期一休假唔好去摸門釘，星期二2pm出爐，星期三至日就10-10:30am出爐。
