Simply Delicious. Go!

One of the fun parts of business trips is too find new places which offer surprising pleasure. The pleasure can be from location, atmosphere, tastes, service. In fact often i use certain reviews of people to search for places. The peinciple of Tripadvisor. Donglai is a place where foodies go to truely enjoy the taste. minimalistic concept witb a great sampling of asian/chinese kitchen. One of the best values I ever found in Shanghai.

A hidden treasure

Tough to get into on a Friday night - probably because the seating is limited. Also probably because the food is really good. Outstanding dumplings. If you are not sure which to try just order a variety platter. The eggplant and shrimp is fantastic. The Fuji apples are a must order as well. Very good service as well. English menus also. A big plus for me!
