Idiotic queuing system. Would never come again!

The queuing system is idiotic. Customers are divided into those who purchased tickets and those who didn’t. They are separated into two lines, with those who bought tickets on the internet being in the longer queue. The queue then brings you to counters where you get your physical tickets. There was a QR code but the counter staff typed in the confirmation code. Wow! And the wait was LONG.

What century does Ngong Ping 360 and MTR live in? Yes packages and marketing are professionally done, but doing this idiotic logistics would turn away many digitally savvy folks.

For an HK iconic company running a top tourist attraction puts HK into shame with this kind of operation. Haven’t they benchmarked anyone else.

The ride itself is nice.
