Delicious and Unique Beijing Style Fried Chicken

What a pleasant surprise to come across this hole in the wall restaurant. Old Beijing Fried Chicken is a perfect example of doing one thing and working on it till perfection. The chicken is incredibly juicy, the skin has just the right amount of crunch and the Chinese spices (with or without chilli) are just heavenly. My wife who isn’t a big fried chicken fan (will not eat KFC) asked me to get her some when I visited the next day. Which trust me, confirms just how special this chicken is. This has to be the most delicious and unique fried chicken I have ever tasted.
