Loved the food and the atmosphere! The Shrimps with pineapple are just delish! They accept american express which is a big plus for a western visitor (whose cards are generally not accepted unless you go to a 5star hotel or £££££ restaurantnot

One on my fav places

Every time I’m back in shanghai, this restaurant is one of my stops - I’ve been going here for years and it never fails me Good food, nice place, original decor - great to bring visitors on their first trip too Love it

Trendy Chinese

Location: make sure you get detailed information about location (difficult to find) as well as the code, you need to insert the code to enter! Cool modern trendy place with ground floor bar and second floor restaurant. Very nice atmosphere. Staff is friendly and efficient and have good English skills. Food is modern Chinese, most of the dishes were very good. Definitely a good place for people watching in a cool environment.

Modern Food

Have visited this restaurant twice and really enjoy their modern take on Chinese food. Environment is nice. Cocktails are really good also

Pretty well equipped bar and reasonable lunch

This restaurant and bar has been a well known place for years now and it still proves its today’s style and value. Starting with the entrance, which is fun to find out how to open the door. But even more fun to go to the restrooms, which could be a challenge if you are desperate.... All in all it’s a cool place to go. We went there for a lunch. Set menu price is reasonable, food amount could be more though. The food tastes great, so you better ask for a reservation in advance. Even during lunch time the restaurant is pretty busy. We have to go back in the evening to sit in the lounge area and test the bar with it’s astonishing variety of drinks. Thumps up!
